Fancy Flora Mother’s Day Card

Are you in need of a pretty mother’s day card? Let me show you how easy it is to make your own!

The Fancy Flora Suite from the Stampin’ Up January-April Mini Catalog is probably my most favorite suite ever! Beautiful stamps with coordinating dies, gorgeous paper and a fun embossing folder. What’s not to love?

For this card, I combined items from the suite with a few soft colors to make a beautiful Mother’s Day card! The colors I used are Calypso Coral, Petal Pink & Evening Evergreen (retiring soon!). I pulled the colors straight from the Fancy Flora Designer Series Paper.

The sentiment comes from one of my all time favorite stamp sets, Strong & Beautiful. It is currently retired, but I’m sure you could find it in resale groups.

The measurements for this card are:

  • Card Base- 5½” by 8½” scored at 4¼”
  • Evening Evergreen- 5¼” by 4″
  • Basic White- 5¼” by 4″
  • Fancy Flora DSP- 5¼” by 2″
  • Petal Pink- 2″ by 3½”
  • DSP- 1¾” by 3¼”
  • Basic White scraps for die cutting

I also made this card on my Friday YouTube live! Watch the replay to see how to assemble the card and leave a comment there to enter my weekly giveaway.

I hope this card inspired you to make your Mother’s Day projects! You can see all the supplies used below. Happy Stamping!
