Artistically Inked Birthday Card
Birthdays are all about celebrating the people we love, and what better way to show your appreciation than with a heartfelt handmade card? Today, I’ll be showing you how to make a fabulous birthday card using the Artistically Inked stamp set from Stampin’ Up!

When they were first released in 2021, the stamp set and dies I’ll be using today were sold as a bundle. Today, you can purchase them both separately in my online store, but they coordinate beautifully together!
The Artistically Inked stamp set includes 12 cling stamps. The Artistic dies include 8 coordinating dies in the set. You’ll love seeing what you can do with the detailed leaves and flowers!

To get that gorgeous color on the flowers, I used sponge daubers and 2 ink colors. You can see in the video tutorial below exactly how it’s done. Dip the sponge dauber lightly into your ink pad of choice, I used Melon Mambo and Fresh Freesia. Gently apply the ink in a circular motion onto the stamp. The key here is to blend the colors seamlessly, so go easy on that dauber!

The combination of stamping and die cuts are really what make this card pop. The measurements for this card are simple, they are:
- Melon Mambo card base- 4¼” by 11″ scored at 5½”
- Basic White (2)- 5¼” by 4″
- Large scraps of Basic White for die cutting and stamping

The video tutorial on my YouTube channel shows you exactly how to create this card! Click the button below to see the video.

I hope this card has inspired you to get crafty! I’ll be using the Artistically Inked stamp set several times this week so stay tuned. You can also search my blog to see all of the projects I’ve made using this stamp set. Happy Stamping!

Our color combination for this card is so fun! Tell me in the comments if you’d use these colors together.
