Walk in the Woods meets Cinnamon Cider
How cute is this little hedgehog?! I love this set and am a bit sad about it retiring May 3rd. Continue reading to see how I made this adorable card!
I started with a Cinnamon Cider base cut to 5½” by 8½”. I then layered a piece of Basic White and Early Espresso, cutting them down ¼” on each side.
I then used the retiring Stitched Shapes Dies to cut the 2 circles and an oval. The sentiment is also from the Walk In The Woods stamp set and stamped in Cinnamon Cider. I also added an In Color Enamel Dot.
The images were stamped in Early Espresso and then colored using both Watercolor Pencil assortments. These pencils are so easy to use and provide beautiful color! After I colored with Early Espresso, Real Red & Garden Green, I went over the color with a bit of water using a Water Painter.
The embossed background was made using the Woodland Embossing Folder which will be retired May 3rd as well. I also added a piece of the ¼” Cinnamon Cider Ribbon.
