Welcome to the Stampin Dreams Blog Hop! I’m Sarah Schatilo and you’re on my blog SassyPaperCrafts. The theme of this month’s hop is Mother’s so I used 2 stamp sets to make a card any mother would love!
For this card, I decided to use the Art Gallery Bundle and the Strong & Beautiful stamp set from Stampin’ Up! The Art Gallery Bundle has beautiful images and the Strong & Beautiful stamp set is full of wonderful sentiments.
I started with a Blackberry Bliss card base. The measurements are listed below.
- Card base- 8½” by 5½” scored at 4¼”
- Basic White Cardstock- 5¼” by 4″
I embossed the Basic White cardstock using the Painted Textures Embossing Folder. The sentiment was stamped in Blackberry Bliss ink and die cut using the Tasteful Labels dies. I then sponged the edges and added a Gilded Gem and a piece of Blackberry Bliss ⅜” Striped Ribbon.
I used Rococo Rose, Rich Razzleberry & Blackberry Bliss inks on my flower. The stem and leaves were stamped in Mossy Meadow. I then die cut them using the Floral dies from the bundle. I layered the flower and stem on a die cut Stitched Rectangle. I also sponged the edges of that.
For the inside, I simply stamped a sentiment and sponged the edges of a 5¼” by 4″ piece of Basic White cardstock.
That’s it! Super easy. Thank you for stopping by my blog today and to continue on the hop, click the next name on list.
