Create a Handmade Card with the Fancy Borders Bundle

The Fancy Borders bundle includes 11 photopolymer stamps and 6 coordinating border dies, perfect for adding intricate, hand-drawn details without spending hours fussy-cutting. For today’s card, I paired it with the tones of Lost Lagoon and used Pretty Peacock, Pool Party, and Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends to color in the leaves. The result? A beautifully balanced card that looks like you spent all afternoon on it (but didn’t).

I started with a Lost Lagoon cardstock base, layering it with a subtle plaid pattern from the Everyday Happiness Designer Series Paper. This gave the card a soft, elegant backdrop without distracting from the focal point. Next, I stamped the delicate floral border in Tuxedo Black Memento ink. Then, I brought the leaves to life with Stampin’ Blends in Pretty Peacock, Pool Party, and Soft Sea Foam, blending the colors for a natural, shaded effect.

To finish, I die cut a scalloped edge for a touch of texture. I added a few small embellishments from the Tinsel Gems 3 pack for just the right amount of sparkle. Simple, sophisticated, and completely doable, even if you’re short on time!
