Country Flowers Mini Cards

Today, I’m excited to share a couple of adorable mini cards I created using the delightful Country Flowers Bundle (really just the stamp set) and the Country Woods Designer Series Paper from Stampin’ Up!. These little cards measure just 3 inches by 3 inches when closed and are perfect for quick notes. Let me show you how to make them!

What’s not to love about the Country Flowers Bundle? With beautiful bunches of flowers, cute flowerpots, and fun details, you can create beautiful floral scenes worth every bloom. Use the dies to cut out bold flowers, placing them into one of the many containers. Or keep things simple and create beautiful card scenes filled with your favorite bunch of flowers. This bundle is a great way to turn your blossoms into showstopping centerpieces!

For our cards, I took a little creative license and CASE’d (Copy And Share Everything) a design from the Stampin’ Up! catalog. It’s such a fun way to get inspired and put your own spin on a project. I use the Stampin Up catalogs all the time for ideas!

I stamped the flowers and vases for both cards in StazOn ink onto the Country Woods Designer Series Paper. This ink is fantastic for creating a crisp image that won’t bleed. Next, I added color using a blender pen and a combination of Misty Moonlight, Pool Party, and Petal Pink inks. I love how the colors pop against the patterned paper!

The base of the cards is Thick Basic White. It measures 6″ by 3″ and is scored at 3″.

These mini cards are perfect for so many occasions! Whether it’s a birthday, thank you, or just a little hello, they pack a big punch in a small package. Plus, they’re so easy to make that you can whip up a batch in no time.
