Sending Smiles with a Simple Stamped Card

This beautiful birthday card was made using the Sending Smiles stamp set from Stampin Up!  Generational stamping is a terrific technique for creating quick and easy cards, and this project is perfect for beginners. It uses very few supplies and can be made in just a few minutes. Let me show you what I made!

Generational stamping is a stamping technique that creates a lighter and lighter impression of the same image.  This is achieved by repeatedly stamping the image after inking the stamp less and less each time.  The result is a beautiful layered effect, perfect for floral images.

For this card, I used the Sending Smiles stamp set. This set will be retiring with the release of the new 2024-2025 Annual Catalog May 1st.

I have created a quick and easy video tutorial showing exactly how to create this card.  You can find the video on my YouTube channel by clicking the button below!
