Fresh As A Daisy Friendship Card

Handmade cards have a unique charm that spreads warmth and love like no other. Today, we’ll be using the delightful Fresh As A Daisy Designer Series Paper from Stampin’ Up to create a card for a friend.

The Fresh As A Daisy DSP is gorgeous! Easily one of my favorite papers from the Stampin’ Up Annual Catalog. One side of each sheet is abloom with daisies; the other side has a subtle wash design that complements any project. For today’s card, we’ll be using the Boho Blue sheet (bottom right).

Using the Cheerful Daisies bundle, I die cut a few daisies and sprigy pieces for the card. I love how the colors Boho Blue and Copper Clay look together!

I inked up my sentiment using Copper Clay ink and die cut it using the label in the bundle. I stamped the 3 daisies inside the card using Boho Blue but you could easily use Copper Clay if you only wanted to use one ink color. All the supplies used on this card are listed below. For embellishments, I went with Boho Blue Textured Ribbon and a few Copper Clay In Color Dots. The measurements for this card are simple. They are:

• Card base- 4¼” by 11″ scored at 5½”
• Copper Clay- 5¼” by 4″
• DSP- 5⅛” by 3⅞”
