Black & Gold Stars Graduation Card
Graduation season is upon us, and it’s time to celebrate the accomplishments of our loved ones who are embarking on new chapters in their lives. One of the best ways to express our heartfelt congratulations is through a handmade graduation card. In this blog post, I’ll show you exactly how to create this Black & Gold Stars Graduation Card using Stampin’ Up products!

For this card I used the Beautiful Balloons bundle, it’s not just for birthdays! The sentiments and images are great for graduation cards as well.
I went kind of “traditional” with a bit of Basic Black and Gold Foil. Looking at it now, this would make an awesome New Years card too!

I did all of my stamping using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I think did a bit of heat embossing on the balloon with a splash of gold.
The stars were die cut from gold foil. I actually die cut the layer behind the Basic White to save on my foil sheets!
The measurements for this card are pretty simple. They are:
- Card base- 5½” by 8½” scored at 4¼”
- Gold Foil- 5¼” by 4″
- Basic White- 5″ by 3¾”
- Basic Black- 1½” by 1¼”
- Basic White- 1¼” by 1″

I hope you enjoyed this card and it’s inspired you to create one for the graduate in your life! Check out the full supply list below. Happy Stamping!
