Dragonfly Garden Watercolor Card

Watercoloring is one of my favorite cardmaking techniques! The thing I love about watercolor is that it looks so different every time you do it. Read on to see how easy watercoloring can be!

All week long I’ll be showing you card ideas using the Dragonfly Garden stamp set and Dragonflies punch. Dragonflies remind me of warm nights and are a sign of spring. And I’m definitely ready for spring!

This card only uses 2 ink colors and a Water Painter to create a beautiful watercolor background. The Dragonfly is stamped in Bermuda Bay ink and then punched out using the Dragonflies punch. I even used the little baby dragonfly!

I’ve made a video tutorial on exactly how to make this card. My Sunday videos are exclusive to the SassyPaperCrafters VIP Group on Facebook, so join our crafting community to see today’s video!

When you join the group you’ll also get the free PDF for this card which includes all the measurements and supplies used. You’ll be apart of a growing crafting community, get access to my Stampin’ Up parties, my library of card tutorials and so much more! So if you’re not an active Stampin’ Up Demonstrator, join the SassyPaperCrafters VIP Group today.

I loved the look of this card so much, I made it in several colors! I show them all at the end of the VIP video.

I hope today’s card inspired you to get crafty! You can see all the supplies used below. Happy Stamping!
