Stamp It Group Spring Fling Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Stamp It Group Spring Fling Blog Hop! I’m Sarah McGuire and you’re on my blog, SassyPaperCrafts. Whether you’ve just landed on my blog or you’re coming by from another welcome!

Today’s project uses the Fancy Flora Suite to create a Spring themed, fun fold card. Get all the details below and then click the next name on the list to continue on the hop. I hope the projects from the talented members of Team Stamp It inspire you to create your own works of art. Happy hopping!

My card is a fun fold “Z” card and uses products from the Fancy Flora Suite in the Jan-April Stampin’ Up Mini Catalog. I absolutely love this suite of products because it’s so very versatile!

When I think of spring, I think flowers. The Two Toned Flora Bundle fit the bill here. It’s a Two-Step stamp set meaning that you use two stamps to create one beautiful image.

I made this card a congratulatory card by using sentiments from the Something Fancy Bundle which is also apart of the Fancy Flora Suite. This card would be perfect for a wedding or anniversary!

The Fancy Flora 6″x6″ Designer Series Paper has some truly gorgeous designs and that’s what I chose for the panels of my Z fold card.

I chose the colors for my card right from that pretty paper. I love how everything coordinates!

This fun fold is super easy to recreate. The measurements for this card are:

  • Card base- 5½” by 8½” scored at 2ā…›” by 4¼”
  • DSP Panels (2)- 1ā…ž” by 5¼”
  • Basic White (inside)- 3½” by 3½”
  • Basic White (embossed)- 3¼” by 3¼”
  • Petal Pink- 3½” by 3½”
  • Petal Pink (inside)- 5¼” by 4″

I hope this card inspired you to think spring! All the supplies I used are listed below.

Be sure to leave a comment on my blog using the hashtag stampitcontest for a chance to win the Sit Stay Relax Host Stamp Set! Congratulations to last month’s winner Cindy Knarr.

Here are the supplies used for today’s card!
