Team Stamp It Christmas In July Blog Hop

Welcome to the Team Stamp It Christmas in July Blog Hop! This hop features some awesome projects from the talented demonstrators on Team Stamp It. Take a look at my project below and then continue on the hop by clicking the next name on the list. Happy hopping!

For my project this month, I decided to keep things pretty simple. I chose the Lights Aglow Suite for my project and really wanted to showcase the Labels Aglow Dies and the beautiful Lights Aglow 6″x6″ Designer Series Paper.

The suite has two bundles but I wanted to just use the Brightest Glow Bundle for my card.

I started by die cutting my Cherry Cobbler cardstock. The die set comes with 6 little snowflakes and 1 large one meaning I could cut everything at once!

The measurements for this card are:

  • Cherry Cobbler Card Base- 5½” by 8½” scored at 4¼”
  • Gold Foil Sheet- 5¼” by 4″
  • Lights Aglow DSP- 5″ by 3¾”
  • Basic White- 5¼” by 4″
  • Basic White- 4¼” by 3″
  • Cherry Cobbler- 4″ by 2¾”
  • Basic white scrap for sentiment

I also stamped a sentiment from the Brightest Glow stamp set on the inside using Cherry Cobbler ink.

I love how the Lights Aglow DSP has little parts with gold foil in it. It’s so stunning in person!

I finished this card with a strip of the lovely Gold & Vanilla Satin Edged Ribbon and a few Festive Pearls.

I hope you enjoyed my project! Continue on the hop by clicking the next name on the list below. Don’t forget to leave a comment here using the hashtag stampitcontest to be entered to win the A Million Thanks Card Kit!

Congratulations to last month’s winner Kay Grover who won an A Million Thanks Card Kit!
