Coloring Tools to get you going!
Wondering what all those coloring tools are for, what they do and how to use them? Keep reading and I’ll show you!
There are a few basic tools that every coloring master and Stamper should have. I’m going to list them and show you some projects I’ve made using these tools.

First up is my favorite, blending brushes! These brushes blend ink beautifully and are super affordable. You get 3 per pack! To use, “dip” your brush in your favorite ink pad and blend onto cardstock.

Water Painters create wonderful watercolored images. Fill the barrel with water, squeeze and color away. You can use a few drops of reinker on a clear block or squeeze your ink pads and create color in the lid.

Sponge Daubers can add a subtle effect to any project or you can use them similar to a blending brush. These little guys are also cost effective. You get 5 per pack!

Last in the Blender Pen. These work similar to Stampin Write markers except they have a clear solution inside. Use these to blend stamped images or pick up color right from your ink pad and color with them!

I hope this article helps you decide which coloring tool is right for you! If you haven’t already, check out my post on coloring basics.
