February Paper Pumpkin Alternatives using Flower & Field

Paper Pumpkin Kits come with everything you need to complete awesome projects. February’s kit, Bouquet of Hope coordinates with the Flower and Field Designer Series Paper from the Sale-a-Bration brochure. Keep reading to see how I made these alternatives!

Each kit comes with instructions on how to make each project. Above is the kit unopened and pictures of the cards it makes.

Look at all that you get! Paper Pumpkin Kits are perfect for beginners because it allows you to build up your ink and stamp collection without spending a lot of money.

For alternative, I cut a piece of the Flower and Field DSP to 3⅞” by 2¾” and layered it on the vellum that comes in the kit. I then added a die cut flower from the kit. I stamped the sentiment in Rococo Rose and added the sequin embellishments it comes with.

For the second card, I die cut a piece of Basic Black using the Rectangle Stitched Dies. I then used the next smallest die to cut the dsp. I stamped the sentiment in Merry Merlot onto a die cut label from the kit. I also added one of the flower bouquets to the card.

For the last card, I layered a die cut strip from the kit and a piece of dsp onto a piece of Basic Black. The measurements are

  • Dsp- 1¾” by 4½”
  • Basic Black- 3″ by 4¾”

I then added the sentiment sticker to the middle of my card. Adding a few sequins from the kit finishes it.

Don’t forget, you can watch me make these cards live at 3pm EST on my facebook page or you can catch the replay!
