Throwback Thursday- Home to Roost
Do you remember this little rooster? He was part of the Sale-A-Bration Home to Roost stamp set and I just loved him. Keep reading to see how I made this card!
I’m loving Throwback Thursdays and I hope you’re loving them too! This card was made using the retired Home to Roost stamp set. I love coloring this adorable rooster and that’s exactly what I did here.

I started with a Cherry Cobbler card base and added some matching, retired Regals dsp. Then I stamped the rooster using memento ink and colored him with Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake and a bit of Daffodil Delight. It took maybe 5 minutes, so easy!
I then cut him out using the Stitched Shapes dies and I popped him up onto some dimensionals.

I stamped my sentiment in Memento ink and cut that out with a stitched oval from the same die set. I then added some of the retired ⅝” Striped Burlap Ribbon to finish the card.
I hope you enjoyed this throwback Thursday project! Below are a few of the products I used that are still available for purchase!
