My Meadow Card

Happy Friday! Today’s card features the super sweet My Meadow stamp set. To see how I made it, keep reading.

The annual catalog is full of awesome ideas!

I found inspiration for this card on page 56 of the annual catalog. The project there is actually a tag pouch but I thought it’d make a nice card.

First, I cut my layers. The measurements are:

  • Rococo Rose base- 5½” by 8½” scored at 4¼”
  • Rococo Rose layer- 5¼” by 4″
  • Whisper White- 3 by 3¼”
  • Old Olive- ¾” by 2¾”
  • Whisper White- ½” by 2″
Picking out my stamps

This stamp set can seem overwhelming at first. I know it did for me. But once you have a scene in mind and play around a little, it gets a lot easier.

So cute 😍

Once I have the stamps ready, it’s time to start stamping! I used Rococo Rose, Soft Suede, Crumb Cake, Seaside Spray and Old Olive inks. I stamped my sentiment from Itty Bitty Greetings in Rococo Rose.

Embossing can really make a project stand out.

Next, I embossed the Rococo Rose layer with the Tin Tile embossing folder. I embossed the Old Olive strip with the Greenery Folder.

I’m loving this ribbon!

I used the ½” Rococo Rose Gathered Ribbon across the panel and tied a bow. This ribbon is so pretty, it really ties the whole card together 🤣😂🤣

I hope you enjoyed this card! To purchase the products I’ve mention, click the pictures below or visit my online store!
